Yoga: Not Just a Physical Practice

Y'all. I got into yoga three years ago. At times I did it everyday. At other times, like now, I can't remember the last class I went to. But regardless of the physical practice, I have been practicing yoga in my everyday life since that first practice three years ago. Never has a practice taught me so much about life. It showed me that with practice or repetition, you can get good at anything  it taught me to listen more. It taught me to look up. It taught me to be grateful and aware of the little things. I can't say how but it somehow takes you on a spiritual path in a natural way. You just start to blossom. I want to get back into the physical practice to loosen up so I am going to my girl Adriene, who shares similar views on yoga. She's online, has free videos, and laughs a lot. She is about the journey, not the destination.

Do yoga camp with me? It's free.
