There are ways to stay indulgent while sticking to healthy ingredients. Think of ways to replace even one ingredient with a healthier option next time your cook, whether it be olive oil over butter, or honey instead of sugar. Pinterest gives me a lot of food inspiration, especially when I am hungry and looking through my 'eats' board. I love this about salads and other health food, because I will literally make my portion size extra large (like a mixing bowl full of salad), which I can't do with other foods.
